Innovation Conference Drives Desalination

The Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Eng. Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti delivered his speech as part of the Innovation Leading Desalination Conference that more than 2 billion people suffer from water scarcity.
